    1 small bunch of grapes or other fruit or berries
    1 slice fresh or toasted wheat bread spread with jelly or jam or preserves
    1 slice swiss or provalone cheese
    1 small glass grapefruit or orange juice

Directions:

    Just combine the ingredients on a serving plate with the juice for a fast and nutritious start to your day.
